Vegan pumpkin spice products are my go-to fall escape, regardless of the season. Normally, my stash of goodies lasts 12 months. But 2020 has been–interesting?

Nope, that’s not the right word.

Anyways, I ran out of my usual vegan pumpkin spice products around 4 months ago. But I’ve been making do with what’s available.

If you couldn’t tell, I love, love, LOVE pumpkin spice. And if the product is vegan, then that’s a win-win.

That’s why I’ve compiled a list of my favorite vegan pumpkin spice products. Seriously, guys, fall can’t come soon enough.

So let’s say “goodbye” to summer and “hello” to fall with these fabulous vegan pumpkin spice products.

1. Lenny & Larry’s The Complete Cookie in Pumpkin Spice

Is there anything better than the sweet pumpkin pie flavor of fall? If there is, please push me in that direction. But for now, I’ll take all of the pumpkin pie deliciousness–all of it.

Lenny & Larry’s The Complete Cookie in Pumpkin Spice is a staple throughout the year. Even though they say it’s only available for a limited time, these cookies are always in stock on Lenny & Larry’s website.

The creamy pumpkin pie flavor complemented by sweet cinnamon and tangy spices–is it fall yet? I find myself devouring these tasty vegan treats as a snack whenever possible.

Unlike many other vegan cookies, these plant-based protein cookies offer 10g of fiber and 16g of protein in a tasty snack that satisfies. The flavor is honestly unreal, and for those who prefer to avoid soy, these are an excellent option.

Here’s a list of the ingredients:

  • Enriched Wheat Flour
  • Vital Wheat Gluten
  • Pea Protein
  • Rice Protein
  • Cane Sugar

The NON GMO Project has also verified these cookies! All in all, as far as quick vegan cookie options are concerned, Lenny & Larry’s always “takes the cake.” Or should I say cookie?

Looking for a low-calorie pumpkin pie-infused ice cream? Then you’ve found it in Halo Top!

Halo Top makes this seasonal ice cream without dairy, offering a creamy pumpkin frozen dessert any fall-lover will enjoy. While some people wait for the leaves to fall, I’m awaiting the first pint of this fantastic pumpkin pie ice cream.

The best part? Even with the crunchy graham cracker bits throughout it, this stuff is just 360 calories per pint!

The main ingredients in this ice cream include:

  • Coconut Milk (coconut cream, water)
  • Prebiotic Fiber
  • Natural Pumpkin Base (organic sugar, pumpkin, water, annatto (color), organic tapioca starch, cinnamon, natural flavor, nutmeg, ginger, salt, cloves)
  • Organic Cane Sugar
  • Pie Crust Pieces (wheat flour, sugar, salt, corn starch)
  • Erythritol
  • Rice Protein

While you might not find this stuff in stores, you can buy it online from icecreamsource.com.

3. Pumpkin Spice Cheerios

Everyone enjoys a bowl of cheerios with their favorite respective plant-based milk. Personally speaking, I’m an oat milk gal, myself. But I have been known to switch between oat, almond, and cashew.

Anyways, this cereal uses real pumpkin puree combined with a tasty blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. All fall flavors, but with none of the cruelty of Aunt So & So’s homemade pumpkin pie.

These Cheerios also make an excellent snack! Oh, and did I mention they’re gluten-free, only have 8 grams of sugar and 110 calories per serving, and deliver a whopping 17 grams of whole grain per service?

Let’s not forget, Cheerios doesn’t add artificial flavors or colors from artificial sources.

Here’s the ingredient list:

  • Whole Grain Oats
  • Sugar
  • Corn Starch
  • Canola Oil
  • Refiner’s Syrup
  • Salt
  • Pumpkin Puree
  • Cinnamon
  • Baking Soda
  • Nutmeg
  • Cloves
  • Annatto Extract Color
  • Natural Flavor
  • Vitamin E Added to Preserve Freshness

Grab a box and keep it in your pantry. Or pick up several boxes and hoard them all the way until Winter!

While better known for their other flavors, Nature’s Path’s pumpkin spice-flavored waffles are the gifts that keep on giving. My second favorite is their Dark Chocolate Chip Waffles. But I’ve yet to find a better vegan pumpkin spice waffle (besides homemade, of course).

Here’s a list of the main ingredients:

  • Water
  • Pumpkin Puree
  • Brown Rice Flour
  • Potato Starch
  • Yellow Corn Flour
  • Soy Oil

8. Betty Crocker Pumpkin Cookie Mix

When most people think of vegan cookies, Betty Crocker’s cookie mix doesn’t always come to mind. But surprisingly enough, this cookie mix is vegan!

Betty Crocker Pumpkin Cookie Mix is absolutely incredible. Simply toss in some egg replacers–I prefer using applesauce as my replacer–and devour these bad boys lightning fast!

While the mix calls for a stick of butter, you can use coconut oil. And if you have ‘medicated’ coconut oil on-hand, don’t hesitate to use that instead as these make for some excellent vegan edibles. Just make sure to turn the heat down low for some low and slow baking that won’t kill off your favorite cannabinoids.

Each bag makes around 36 cookies. While these are limited edition, if you really love them, feel free to stock up for fall cookies all year round.

Here’s a list of the ingredients:

  • Enriched Flour Bleached
  • Sugar
  • Brown Sugar
  • Corn Syrup
